FOR INDIA
Our 100% Customer Satisfaction Program
Quality Venetian Mirror has a friendly return and refund policy to ensure your online purchase is free of stress. We offer “100% Buyer Protection Program” for our customers in the following manner.
Free Replacement or refund
- In case
- the product received by the customer is either damaged or defective,
- wrong product has been shipped, or,
- customer is dissatisfied with the quality of the product
- In all the above cases, customers can ask for either free replacement or refund. Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days after receipt of the product.
- In case of free replacement, to and fro transportation cost shall be borne by the company.
- In case of refunds, shipping & handling costs shall be borne by the customer, or if arranged by the company, the same shall be deducted from the return value.
- However, for claiming replacement or refund, customer will have to satisfy the company representative regarding the same by providing picture(s)/video(s) of the defects along with details of the complaint. Also, all the products must be returned along with the original receipt/invoice, Labels and packing.
- Non adherence to any of the above guidelines may result in rejection of their claims. Also, the offer for exchange/refund can be availed only once against any order.
- Any query for replacement or refund should be raised by filling the contact form given in the contact section of the website within 3 days after the receipt of the consignment.
FOR COUNTRIES OTHER THAN INDIA
At present, we do not have any replacement or refund policy for international customers since transportation and inter country movement is a quite costly and complicated process, so customers are advised to satisfy themselves before confirming the order. This can be done by asking for more info and/or pictures of the product which we shall be glad to provide. The Company, in its sole discretion, may opt to obtain an order verification in case of International clients by way of sending additional emails, before it does actual shipping of the product.
But still, we would endeavour in future, to bring in force a policy for refund and replacement also for the international customers of Quality Venetian Mirror.
However, in any case of complaints, customers may raise a query to the company within 5 days of receipt of the product, and company would try to mitigate the suffering of the customers to the extent possible.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Customers should arrange for return shipment after the return has been approved by the company. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Even in case of a rejection of your claim, company may compensate you by an amount up to 50% of the invoiced value, if the product has been returned by you to the company.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Only regular priced items can be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping on return, an item over Rs 2000 or $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. There is no guarantee that it we will be delivered back to us. We shall be unable to process any replacement or refund until we receive the product as per the specifications given.
